Where do I find my EMR?

Modified on Tue, Apr 23, 2019 at 5:39 PM

Contact the National Council of Compensation Insurance (NCCI - www.ncci.com) or your state rating bureau or advisory organization to request your most current finalized EMR rating and your prior 2 rating periods. You can also contact your workers compensation insurance provider to request a letter from your insurance agent or broker that indicates your most current finalized rating and your prior 2 rating periods.

Your EMR documentation must include your company name as stated on your Appruv account, the effective date of your rating, and the associated experience rate for your company.  If submitting a letter from your insurance provider it must include the name of the insurance company, the name of the agent or broker and must be signed by the agent or broker.

Note: The effective date of your most current finalized rating will match your workers compensation policy effective date on your current Certificate of Insurance. The named insured on your Certificate of Insurance should also match the name on the rating documentation.
