Experience Modification Rate (EMR) is a factor used by insurance providers to adjust premiums for workers compensation coverage and provides an incentive for loss prevention. The rating will indicate either a discount or a surcharge depending on your loss history.

In order to complete the Safety Statistics EMR History section of the Appruv questionnaire, you will need to enter your most current finalized rating effective date and your rating factor. In addition, you will need to enter effective dates and rating factors for the prior 2 years.
