In order to submit your Experience Rate you will need to submit an individual rate for your company, group ratings will not be accepted.
In order to get your individual rate for Ohio follow the instructions below:
This link will take you to the “experience period data” screen. From there you will want to put in your policy number. Once you put in your policy number you will want to click on the download button. It will open up into an excel file. In the excel file, lines 21 & 22 will have the Group EM and the Individual EM. If you need previous years you can go back one screen and change the rating period.
