How do I complete a renewal application?

You will receive an email notification from Appruv 30 days prior to your prequalification expiration date reminding you to complete your renewal (you do not need the email notice in order to start your renewal, you can login to Appruv within 30 days of your expiration to begin the process).  You will need to login to your account and update any necessary information for the new year.  Most of your basic company information will carry over from the previous year and you will be required to review it to ensure it is still true and accurate before submitting your application.  You will be required to update applicable sections with new data such as your Safety Statistics, Insurance Information and EMR.


Upon logging in to your Appruv account you will need to find the client that you are renewing for on your dashboard and select Complete Missing Items.  You will be taken to your application where you will need to review your company data and update any applicable sections with new information and documentation.  


Note: If you have allowed your account to expire you will need to contact Appruv Customer Support to open your account and start a new application.
