Before registering, confirm whether your company already has an Appruv account. Multiple employees can use the same company account, and an existing account can connect with more than one client.
Creating a duplicate account may delay prequalification, separate your company’s records, and result in unnecessary charges.
Signs that your company may already have an account
Your company may already be registered if:
Another employee previously completed Appruv prequalification.
Your company currently works with another client that uses Appruv.
You or a coworker has received Appruv renewal or document-expiration notices.
Your company has previously paid an Appruv membership or connection fee.
Your email address is recognized when you attempt to reset your password.
What should I do?
Check with the employees who manage your company’s:
Safety and compliance documentation
Certificates of Insurance
Contractor prequalification
Accounts payable
Client relationships
Ask whether they already have Appruv login credentials or have previously completed an application.
You can also use the password-reset option on the Appruv login page if you believe your email address is associated with an existing account.
If an account already exists
Ask an existing company administrator to add you as a user. Do not create a separate company account simply because you do not have your own login.
If the former account administrator is no longer with your company, contact Appruv Support for help accessing the existing account.
If you are still unsure
Contact Appruv Support before registering. Provide:
Your company’s legal name
Any former company names
Your company’s city and state or province
Your name and business email address
The client requesting prequalification
Appruv Support can verify whether an account already exists and help you access the correct company record.
