Appruv Network Search

Modified on Fri, Jul 17 at 12:46 PM

The Appruv Network Search allows authorized client users to find contractors that may already have an Appruv account.

Use the network search before inviting a new contractor to reduce duplicate accounts and determine whether an existing company can be connected to your organization.

Search the Appruv Network

  1. Log in to Appruv.
  2. Select Search Vendors from the left navigation menu.
  3. Select Entire Appruv Network.
  4. Enter the available search criteria.
  5. Run the search.
  6. Review the results for a matching company.

Search using:

  • Legal company name
  • DBA or alternate name
  • City and state or province
  • Service Area
  • Business Activity
  • Other available filters

Try a shortened company name if the complete legal name does not return a result.

Review a company

Select a contractor from the search results to view the profile information available to your user role. Confirm that the company is the correct legal entity before requesting a connection.

Companies with similar names may be separate organizations.

Invite an existing contractor

If you locate the correct contractor, use the available invitation or connection option to request that the company prequalify for your organization.

The contractor will receive a notification with instructions to accept the connection and complete the applicable requirements.

Contractor not found

If the company does not appear after a reasonable search, return to your organization’s contractor invitation process and send a new invitation.

Important: A contractor’s presence in the Appruv Network does not mean the company is prequalified for your organization. The contractor must complete your applicable program requirements.
