Inviting Vendors

New vendors can be invited at any time to register and join Appruv.  Simply complete the invite form as shown below and Appruv will send instructions to the vendor to start the process.  Note that certain user permissions are not able to invite new vendors, if you need assistance please contact one of your administrators to request the invite. 


Important note: before inviting a new vendor be sure to complete a search for the company using the Search Vendors page to ensure they do not already have an active account.  Creating duplicate accounts can delay the process and create confusion within the database.


Invite New Vendor: 

  1. Select "Invite New Vendor" from the left menu bar
  2. Complete the form:
    1. Enter the vendor's contact information
    2. Select the appropriate insurance category (if applicable)
    3. Select the site the vendor will be working at
    4. Select the primary approver that will be assigned to the vendor
  3. Select "Send Invitation" at the bottom of the form.  


Once the invitation has been sent, Appruv Support will review to form to ensure all fields are complete and accurate.  After the review is complete the invite will be approved and you can find the vendor under the "Invited" status in your search.
