How to Save and Submit a Prequalification Application

Saving your application allows you to keep your progress and return later. Submitting your application sends the completed information and documents to Appruv for review.

Saving your progress

You do not have to complete the entire application in one session.

To save your progress:

  1. Log in to Appruv.

  2. Open the applicable client application from your dashboard.

  3. Complete or update the available sections.

  4. Select Save before leaving the page.

You can return to the application later to complete the remaining requirements.

Important: Saving an application does not submit it to Appruv for review.

Before submitting

Before you submit the application, confirm that:

  • All required questions have been answered.

  • Your company information is accurate.

  • All required documents have been uploaded.

  • Uploaded documents are current, complete, and readable.

  • Safety statistics match the supporting documentation.

  • Required forms and agreements have been completed.

  • Payment has been completed, when applicable.

The application may identify incomplete sections or missing required information that must be addressed before submission.

Submit your application

  1. Open the applicable client application.

  2. Review each section for completeness and accuracy.

  3. Correct any missing or inaccurate information.

  4. Select Save & Submit.

  5. Confirm the submission if prompted.

After submission, your application will be sent to Appruv for review.

What happens next?

Appruv will review the information and documents against your client’s requirements.


If additional information or corrections are needed, Appruv will notify the designated contacts on your company’s account. You may need to reopen the application, update the requested items, and submit it again.

Important: Submitting an application does not mean your company is prequalified or authorized to begin work. Your company must complete the review process and receive the appropriate status.

I cannot submit my application

If Save & Submit is unavailable or the application cannot be submitted:

  • Look for incomplete required questions.

  • Confirm that required documents have been uploaded.

  • Review the page for error messages.

  • Confirm that payment has been completed, when required.

  • Make sure you have permission to update and submit the application.
