Your company is responsible for keeping its information and documents current in Appruv. You will normally review and update your information during annual prequalification renewal and whenever information changes or expires.
Annual prequalification renewal
Most client prequalification applications must be renewed annually. During renewal, you may be asked to:
Review and update company information
Complete the current client questionnaire
Provide updated safety statistics
Upload current insurance documents
Replace expired licenses, certifications, or other supporting documents
Review and sign client-specific forms or agreements
Complete renewal payment, when applicable
Appruv will send renewal notifications to the designated contacts associated with your company’s account.
Updates needed throughout the year
Do not wait until your annual renewal to report important changes. Update your account when:
Your company name, address, or ownership changes.
Your primary contact or other account users change.
An insurance policy is renewed, replaced, or canceled.
A license, certification, or required document expires.
Your company’s services or business activities change.
Updated information is requested by Appruv or one of your clients.
Appruv may also send notifications when a document is approaching expiration or additional information is needed.
Keep your contacts current
Make sure the email addresses and telephone numbers associated with your account remain accurate. Appruv uses this contact information to send renewal notices, document-expiration reminders, and requests for additional information.
Important: Failure to complete a renewal or replace expired information may affect your company’s qualification status.
