A Not Prequalified status means your company has not completed or satisfied one or more requirements of the client’s prequalification program.
Common reasons
A company may be Not Prequalified because:
Required information or documents are missing.
The application or annual renewal was not completed.
Insurance does not meet the client’s requirements.
Safety performance exceeds an established threshold.
Required safety programs are missing or inadequate.
A required license or certification is unavailable.
An exception expired or was not approved.
The client determined that its requirements were not satisfied.
What should I do?
Log in to Appruv.
Open the applicable client application.
Review outstanding requirements and processor comments.
Correct any information that can be resolved.
Upload the requested documentation.
Select Save & Submit.
If the requirement cannot be met, contact Appruv Support to determine whether alternative documentation or client review is available.
Can I request reconsideration?
Some clients allow an exception or corrective action process. Availability and approval are determined by the client. Submitting additional information does not guarantee that the status will change.
Important: Do not begin or continue work unless the client has provided the necessary authorization.
