What Does Prequalified Mean?

Modified on Fri, Jul 17 at 11:07 AM

A Prequalified status means your company satisfied the applicable Appruv and client prequalification requirements at the time the review was completed.

This may include review of:

  • Company information

  • Safety performance

  • Certificates of Insurance

  • Written safety programs

  • Licenses and certifications

  • Client-specific forms

  • Worker and training records, when required

Maintaining your status

Your company must continue to keep its information current. Your status may change if:

  • Insurance or another required document expires.

  • An annual renewal is not completed.

  • Updated information does not meet a requirement.

  • The client changes its requirements.

  • Your company’s work scope or risk category changes.

Monitor notifications from Appruv and respond promptly to requests.

Important: Prequalified does not automatically mean your company is authorized to begin work. The client may also require a contract, purchase order, orientation, site approval, worker verification, training, or badge.
