Understanding Your Qualification Status

Modified on Fri, Jul 17 at 11:06 AM

Your qualification status indicates where your company is in the client’s prequalification process. Status names and requirements may vary by client.

Common statuses

Incomplete or In Progress

Your company has started the process, but required information, documents, or payment may still be outstanding.

Processing

Your application has been submitted and is being reviewed by Appruv.

Client Review

Appruv has completed or advanced its review, but the client must take additional action before a final status can be assigned.

Prequalified

Your company has satisfied the applicable prequalification requirements at the time of review.

Exception or Probation

The client has conditionally approved your company even though one or more requirements have not been fully satisfied. Conditions and expiration dates may apply.

Not Prequalified

Your company has not completed or satisfied the applicable requirements.

Inactive

Your relationship with the client or site is no longer active. An inactive status does not necessarily reflect poor safety or compliance performance.

Statuses can change

Your status may change when:

  • A document or insurance policy expires.

  • Annual renewal becomes due.

  • New information is requested.

  • An exception expires.

  • The client changes your company’s relationship or requirements.

  • Updated information no longer satisfies a requirement.

Important: Qualification status does not necessarily authorize your company to begin work. Confirm site access and work authorization directly with your client.
