A Client Review status means the client must review or approve an item before your company can receive a final qualification status.
Client review may be required when:
A client representative must approve the company.
A Local Business Review is required.
An exception or corrective action plan is being considered.
The client must evaluate information that does not meet a standard requirement.
A site, business unit, or work relationship must be confirmed.
Client-specific approval is required before qualification.
Do I need to take action?
Review your application and Appruv notifications for outstanding requests. If no action is identified, the application may be waiting for the client.
Continue to respond to any requests from Appruv or the client while the review is pending.
Can work begin during Client Review?
A Client Review status is not the same as Prequalified. Do not assume that work is authorized unless the client has provided separate written approval.
How long does client review take?
Timing depends on the client’s process and the type of approval required. Appruv may not control how quickly the client completes its review.
