Authorized client users can run reports to review vendor, worker, training, document, and compliance information in Appruv.
Available reports depend on your organization’s configuration and your user permissions.
Common reporting uses
Reports may be used to:
- View current vendors
- Review qualification statuses
- Identify upcoming document expirations
- Monitor incomplete or overdue renewals
- Review contractor activity by site
- Verify worker training or orientation
- Review exception or probation history
- Analyze performance evaluations
- Export data for internal review
Open Reports
- Log in to Appruv.
- Select Reports from the left navigation menu.
- Review the available report types.
- Select the report that best matches the information you need.
If Reports is not displayed, your user role may not include reporting access.
Configure the report
Available filters vary by report. You may be able to filter by:
- Vendor name
- Qualification status
- Site or business unit
- Vendor category
- Date or reporting period
- Document type
- Expiration date
- Worker or training status
- Exception status
- Performance-evaluation criteria
Use the narrowest filters that produce the information you need.
Run the report
- Select the applicable report.
- Enter or select the desired filters.
- Review your criteria.
- Select the option to run or view the report.
- Review the results for accuracy.
If the report returns no results, remove one filter at a time and run it again. Also confirm that you have permission to view the selected site or contractor population.
Export report results
Reports may be viewed in Appruv or exported to an available format, such as:
- Excel
- Word
To export:
- Run the report.
- Review the displayed results.
- Select the applicable export format.
- Save the exported file in an approved location.
- Confirm that the file contains the expected records.
Available export options may vary by report.
Protect exported information
Exported reports may contain confidential vendor, worker, safety, or compliance information.
When handling exported data:
- Store it only in an authorized location.
- Share it only with users who have a business need.
- Do not email sensitive reports to unauthorized recipients.
- Follow your organization’s data-retention requirements.
- Delete obsolete working copies when they are no longer needed.
- Do not modify exported data and present it as a current Appruv report.
Important: Exported reports represent the information available when the report was generated. Vendor statuses, documents, and training records may change afterward.
