Disabled Users

If an employee no longer works for you or has moved to another position you can disable their access from the Users page on the left sidebar.  Disabled users will be removed from any reports and notifications.  The account data will be archived in your Appruv account in case it needs to be accessed at a later date.  Users can be re-enabled at any time.


View disabled users:


To view a list of disabled users on your account, go to the Users page and select the Disabled checkbox then Search Users.  


Disabling a user:


Select the user to disable from the Users page on the left sidebar.  Select Edit User and then select the Login tab.  Change the User Status to disabled and select Save.
