What if I have fewer than 10 employees?

If your company had 10 or less employees for the previous calendar year you may be exempt from certain recordkeeping requirements and therefore not required to complete and maintain OSHA logs.  If that is the case you will be asked to provide an explanation on company letterhead that you have 10 or less employees and have it signed by an authorized representative of the company.  Then upload the signed letter into Appruv in place of your OSHA 300A forms.  An Appruv Support Specialist will contact you if any additional information or documentation is needed from your company.
