Can I change the company name displayed on my Appruv account?
Vendors cannot change the company name displayed on their Appruv account. In order to request a change you will need to contact Appruv Support [email protected] with an explanation of the change.
What information do I need to submit to request a company name change?
In order to request a change to your legal organization name you will need to submit a new W-9 that includes the new company name and a letter of explanation that includes the following information:
- An explanation/reason for the change.
- The current company name.
- The date the name was changed.
- The name, title, and email of the person requesting the change.
Notice that changes will only be authorized if they are requested by Administrators on the account. Requests from persons that do not have Administrator rights will not be acknowledged.
Can I add an alternate name or DBA to my Appruv account?
Alternate names or DBAs can be added to your account to improve search accuracy for your company within Appruv. To request a name change you will need to submit a written request to [email protected] that includes an updated W-9 with the alternate name listed on Line 2 and/or proof of registration of the name from your state.
