Adding Employee Documents

In some cases it may be necessary to upload training records, certifications or other misc. documents to your employees accounts.  Some Appruv clients may require verification of certain training information such as OSHA 10 or 30 Hours, equipment operator certifications or various OSHA required safety training records.  


Adding documents: 


Select Users from the left sidebar.  Select the user and choose the Documents tab on the profile page.  Select the Add Document button to upload the file.


Select a document description from the drop-down list and enter an expiration date if applicable.  Choose the file you want to add and select Save.


Note that expiration dates are for reference only and do not trigger any notifications or reminders to the employee.
