Badge Scanning

1. log in to app.appruv.com

Open the web browser on your device and navigate to app.appruv.com.  Select the Login page and enter your user credentials (email address and password).  

2. Scan the QR code

Open your device's camera app and hold the camera over the badge until it recognizes the QR code.  A link should display on the screen prompting you to select it.  Select the link and the user's profile will open in your device's web browser.  

Note: If you are not already logged in to appruv.com you will be forced to do so after selecting the link.

3. View the user's profile

The user's profile will automatically display on your web browser.  Scroll down to view training status and other information for the user.

4. Manual Lookup

If you don't have a camera or scanner, or the QR code is not scanning for some reason, you can look the user up manually.

1. Open the "Users" tab from the menu
2. Select "User Lookup"
3. Type the Appruv ID displayed on the person's badge
4. Select "Lookup"
