Badge Requests

Vendors can request badges for their employees that include a scannable link to the employee's Appruv profile.  Appruv clients can use this to verify the completion of training or other requirements when employees arrive at the site.


To request badges follow the steps below:


USERS


From the Users tab on the left sidebar select the "Request Badges" button.  A window will display a list of users that are available to request badges.  


Select the checkbox for each user that you are requesting a badge for.  The list of names will then be displayed on the right side of the window.


If the user does not have the required information entered to request a badge, a red exclamation mark will display next to their name.  Fix or correct the missing information in order to request a badge for this user.


Notice - In order to request a badge the user must have a full name displayed and photo uploaded to their Appruv account.






SHIPPING DETAILS


Enter the location where the badges are to be shipped, this can be your office address or project site if needed.  Be sure to enter the name of the recipient and full address, PO Boxes are not allowed.


Once you have selected your list of users and entered the shipping details, select the "Send Request" button.


Appruv will review the submitted request(s) to verify the correct information was provided.  If any additional information is needed or changes are required you will be contacted by email before the badges are printed.  


Badges will be printed and shipped within 5 business days of request submission.
