How to Record On-Site Training Results

Modified on Fri, Jul 17 at 12:44 PM

Authorized client users can record results for orientation or training completed on-site. This allows the result to appear in

Appruv with the worker’s other training records.

Before entering a result

The worker must already have an Appruv user or worker record associated with the contractor’s company.

Confirm that you have:

  • The correct contractor company
  • The correct worker
  • The completed course or orientation
  • The completion date
  • The final Pass or Fail result
  • Authorization to enter training results

Enter an on-site training result

  1. Log in to Appruv.
  2. Search for and open the contractor’s company record.
  3. Select the Employees or applicable worker tab.
  4. Locate and open the correct worker.
  5. Select Update on-site training pass/fail.
  6. Select the applicable training or orientation.
  7. Enter the completion date.
  8. Select Pass or Fail.
  9. Review the entry.
  10. Select Save.

A passed result will normally display with a green indicator. A failed result will display with a red indicator.

Appruv will also record which client user entered the result.

Important: Do not enter a result until the training has been completed and the outcome has been verified. Entering a result for the wrong worker can affect site-access decisions.

Worker not found

Ask the contractor’s Company Administrator to add the worker to its Appruv account. Do not create a duplicate contractor company or use another worker’s record.
