Your Preferred Language determines the language displayed when you use Appruv. It may also determine the language used for supported email communications.
Each user manages their own language preference.
Change your Preferred Language
- Log in to Appruv.
- Select Manage Account.
- Select Edit User.
- Open the Basic tab.
- Scroll to Language.
- Select your preferred language from the list.
- Select Save.
The updated language should appear the next time the application or applicable content loads. You may need to refresh the page or log in again.

Training language
Changing your Preferred Language does not necessarily change the language of training that has already been assigned. Training availability depends on the languages offered for the specific course.
If an assigned course is available in another language, contact your company’s training administrator before beginning the course.
Some content remains in another language
Certain client documents, agreements, uploaded files, or training courses may only be available in the language provided by the client or content owner. Changing your preference does not translate those documents automatically.
